Shipping policy

All products sold at Kids Bible Teacher are digital in nature (i.e. "printable") and delivered online, so shipping is not applicable. No shipping costs will be added to your order.

Products are delivered digitally through Sky Pilot and are available immediately after purchase. After purchasing, you will see a link to download your purchase(s) on the order confirmation page. Just click the bright pink "Download Now" button.

If you have set up a customer account, you will be prompted to log in to your account to access the digital content. Once you have set up a customer account, you will be able to access and download all previous resources purchased with that email address.

Additionally, a download link to access your purchase will be delivered to you via email through the email address you provided in your order.
